Kohler gas engine, with hydraulic pump and motor. This allows you adjust  the 24&#8243; belt speed from 0 to 550 fpm. Adjustable belt speed, along with the  optional adjustable discharge chute means you can &#8220;throw&#8221; material off the end  of the conveyor, or direct it straight down for precise loading control.  The  standard FLC has a 35&#8242; over all length, with a 10&#8242; horizontal section, and a 25&#8242;  incline section.  The FLC is constructed of 409 stainless steel, with a mild  steel undercarriage.</span></p>

Our modular design allows us to customize the design to fit your needs. Whether  you need the standard (3) - 8 ton bins, optional (6) - 4 ton bins, or any  combination in between, we can manufacture a unit to your specifications.</span></p>
<p>Our bins are constructed of 12 ga. 409 stainless steel, and have a 40  degree side slope. Each bin is laser cut and jig built to precise measurements;  this allows every bin to fit every frame accurately. A weight breaker is added  inside the bin to allow the slide gate to operate effortlessly. As with all  Doyle products, the bin seams are continuously welded inside and out. Once  assembled the bins are metal shot blasted and powder coated white. Our unique  bin design is easily removable from the frame; just 4 cam locking mechanisms  hold each bin onto the frame. Each unit includes a roll tarp, this keeps the  weather out and the materials in.</p>
<p>The frame work for our Trailer Tender  is made of heavy duty mild steel. The frames, like the bins, are all laser cut  and jig built. Our frame consists of a mild steel tubing base, with heavy duty  mild steel cross brace and arm assemblies. All frame surfaces are &#8220;boxed&#8221; to  minimize the areas that corrosive materials can be trapped. This allows the  customer to easily wash the unit off after use. The frame is metal shot blasted  and powder coated Doyle green.</p>
<p>The Doyle 24 Ton Trailer Tender has two  auger assemblies. The first is the belly auger assembly, which has a modular  design. We can build the auger assembly in numerous configurations, depending on  the bin and slide gate arrangements required. The belly auger assembly consists  of hydraulic auger motor, three belly auger hopper assemblies, 10&#8243; dia. auger  tubing, and the auger itself. The auger flanges and the hopper assemblies are  laser cut. The hopper assemblies and auger tube assemblies are jig built. Each  hopper assembly has a #304 stainless steel safety grate, which keeps hands,  feet, and debris out of the auger. The second auger is the discharge auger,  which pivots up and down, and in and out. Once opened into the loading position,  the discharge auger seals to the belly auger making a tight connection. The  discharge auger has it own hydraulic motor, auger, and 10&#8243; dia. auger tubing,  and is jig built. Both augers are metal shot blasted and powder coated  white.</p>
<p>Standard equipment on the unit is manual slide gates. They are a  CNC machined, lever and gearing system, specially designed for harsh  environments. The slide gates are designed to operate on self cleaning tracks.  The doors never bind or wedge in the tracks, like other designs on the market  today. The slide gates are metal shot blasted and powder coated  white.</p>
<p>The hydraulic system uses standard hydraulic hoses and fittings,  and is designed to operate for many years. The controls are all located at the  front, driver side area of the unit, next the engine controls. A laser cut  control plate is located next to each lever, insuring that the intended lever  does the expected action. There is no reason to ever have to walk around to the  passenger side of the unit during operation.</p>
<p>A John Deere 66 horsepower,  4 cylinder, diesel engine provides the power for the unit. The engine comes with  a weather cover to keep rain off the engine. The engine is mounted to the  trailer in the middle of the top deck, in the front of the unit.</p>
<p>The 34  foot trailer is a dual axle, drop deck design. The 10 foot top deck has a mild  steel plate cover, and a set of mild steel catwalks. These allow the operator  access to the motor, hydraulics, tanks, and front bin levels. A set of fenders  on the rear keep mud and water from being thrown by the tires. Access to the  rear bin levels is accomplished by climbing the ladder mounted on the rear of  the unit.</p>
